Integra® Bilayer Wound Matrix

Advanced wound care devices comprised of porous matrix of cross-linked  bovine tendon, collagen, and glycosaminoglycan and a semi-permeable polysiloxane (silicone layer). The semi-permeable silicone membrane controls water vapor loss, provides a flexible adherent covering for the wound surface and adds increased tear strength to the device. The collagen-glycosaminoglycan biodegradable matrix provides a scaffold for cellular invasion and capillary growth.

Integra® Meshed Bilayer Wound Matrix

Benefits of INTEGRA® Wound Matrix (Thin) Include:

  • Provides immediate wound coverage
  • Highly conformable for various anatomical sites
  • Excellent performance in deep donor sites
  • Room temperature storage and 24-month shelf life
  • Terminally sterilized.

Benefits of INTEGRA® Bilayer Wound Matrix Include:

  • Provides immediate wound coverage
  • Highly conformable for various anatomical sites
  • Excellent performance in deep donor sites
  • Exceptional strength and flexibility
  • Room temperature storage
  • Long shelf life
  • Patients can begin rehabilitation with INTEGRA® Bilayer Wound Matrix in place
  • Provides excellent coverage over exposed bone, tendon, cartilage and joints. Of 166 instances of exposed internal structures that are ordinarily closed with flaps, Integra closed 90% of them

Integra® Flowable Wound Matrix

When a wound is found to "tunnel" into deep soft tissue and has an irregular geometry, grafting with a sheet form will not be adequate. In order to effectively correct the defect, contact with the wound bed must occur and the wound must be filled.

This can be accomplished with the INTEGRA® Flowable Wound Matrix which is adminstered through a syringe with a flexible injector. This compostition and method of administration allows for complete coverage in deep creviced wounds and in a minimally invasive manner.

Integra® Wound Matrix (Thin)

Integra® Wound Matrix and Integra® Wound Matrix (Thin) are collagen - glycosaminolglycan wound dressings that maintain and support a healing environment for wound management Integra® Wound Matrix (Thin) has 50% less collagen compared to each of the corresponding sq cm sizes of Integra® Wound Matrix.

Integra® Dermal Regeneration Template

Wound Matrix Composition

-

Benefits of INTEGRA® Meshed Regeneration Template include:

  • The only pre-meshed bilayer matrix approved by the FDA for third-degree burns and scar contracture procedures
  • Designed to promote the permanent regeneration of functional dermal tissue
  • Pre-meshed configuration saves time in the OR
  • Consistent meshed design allows better conformity to the wound bed and ease of handling
  • Available in large sizes for burn and reconstructive procedures
  • Allows drainage of wound exudate and provides a flexible covering to the wound surface
  • Combines the proven collagen technology of Integra® Dermal Regeneration Template and the convenience of a pre-meshed configuration.

Integra® BioFix® Amniotic Allografts are derived from human placental tissue and are offered in several sizes and volumes for use in a broad range of clinical applications.

BioFix® Amniotic Allografts are carefully processed using HydraTek® technolgy, a proprietary process designed to preserve the natural structure and biological properties of the tissue, to provide ideal graft handling, strength and performance.

Integra® BioFix® Flow is a sterile human tissue allograft, derived from decellularized particulate human placental connective tissue matrix. It is intended for homologous use as a connective tissue matrix.

Integra® BioFix® Flow Placental Tissue Matrix Allograft

Integra® BioFix® & BioFix® Plus Amniotic Membranes

Integra® Meshed Dermal Regeneration Template is a bilayer membrane system for skin replacement. The dermal replacement layer is made of a porous matrix of fibers of cross-linked collagen and chondroitin-6-sulfate that is manufactured with a controlled porosity and defined degradation rate. The epidermal substitute layer is made of a thin pre-meshed silicone layer.

Benefits of INTEGRA Bilayer Wound Matrix include:

  • Provides immediate wound coverage
  • Highly conformable for various anatomical sites
  • Excellent performance in deep donor sites
  • Exceptional strength and flexibility
  • Room temperature storage
  • Long shelf life
  • Patients can begin rehabilitation with INTEGRA® Bilayer Wound Matrix in place
  • Provides excellent coverage over exposed bone, tendon, cartilage and joints. Of 166 instances of exposed internal structures that are ordinarily closed with flaps, Integra closed 90% of them
  • In a study of 107 patients having 158 documented individual ulcers, 92% of patients healed completely by Integra alone or with small subsidiary flaps (excluding poorly selected patients)

Designed to be used in conjunction with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy

Benefits of INTEGRA® Meshed Bilayer Wound Matrix Include:

  • The consistent meshed design allows better conformity to the wound bed and ease of handling
  • May be used in conjunction with negative pressure wound therapy
  • Allows drainage of wound exudate and provides a flexible, adherent covering for the wound surface
  • Provides immediate wound coverage
  • Excellent performance in deep donor sites
  • Room Temperature storage
  • Long Shelf Life
  • Highly conformable for various anatomical sites
